Choose your dates and either send a request or place a €500 hold. We personally check cleaning cycles, linens and capacity fit. Within 48 business hours we confirm your stay (and send contract + payment schedule) or we immediately release the hold if it’s not a match.

Once confirmed, 50% is due on booking and the remaining 50% is due 45 days before arrival. Payments are processed securely (Stripe / bank transfer).

A refundable €1,500 security deposit is taken by bank transfer a few days before arrival and returned shortly after departure once the house is checked.

Standard check-in is 5pm, check-out 10am. Early / late options may be possible depending on availability and housekeeping rhythm.

Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation.
Between 60 and 45 days: deposit becomes non-refundable, but we’ll try to reschedule within the same year (subject to availability).
Under 45 days: the full stay remains due unless we re-let the same dates.

No algorithm cares if your holidays go well — we do.

On the platforms, you pay for the sense of security you believe they provide — sometimes up to €300 more per night at the Griffo. That’s why Quinta do Griffo appears on booking platforms: as proof of its existence, nothing more. Reservations made there are held back to give priority to those made directly.
