Booking conditions

How does the booking process work?

Choose your dates and the private configuration that suits your stay: Quinta complète, Cottage or Versant Village. Your reservation is confirmed and the dates are blocked as soon as the 30% deposit is paid.

How do I pay for my stay?

A 30% deposit is due when booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival. For a reservation made within 45 days of arrival, the full amount is payable at booking. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or bank transfer.

Is there a security deposit?

A refundable €1,500 security deposit is taken by bank transfer a few days before arrival and returned shortly after departure, once the house has been checked.

Check-in / check-out?

Standard check-in is from 5pm and check-out is by 10am. Earlier arrival or later departure may be possible depending on availability and the housekeeping schedule.

What are the cancellation terms?

Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation. Between 60 and 45 days: the deposit becomes non-refundable, but we will try to reschedule the stay within the same year, subject to availability. Under 45 days: the full stay remains due unless the same dates are rebooked.

Why book directly?

Direct booking avoids platform service fees and keeps the relationship with the people who know and host the house. The price and payment schedule are shown clearly before confirmation.

They trusted us

“Spectacular and unique property. We will definitely be staying there again. Great for all ages of the family, lots to do in the area but private quiet neighbourhood.”
